- Any third party, guest, or invitee brought as a guest to Kingdom Workshop must sign a standard non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement provided by Kingdom Workshop.
- No noxious, illegal, use of drugs or seriously offensive activities or nuisances shall be carried on within Kingdom Workshop, Kingdom Workshop premises, and grounds. Illegal activity includes, but is not limited to, violation of any Texas Penal Code(s). Kingdom Workshop is entitled to determine if any device, noise, odor, or activity constitutes a nuisance.
- The repair or any damage to Kingdom Workshop property, it's contents, other's contents, landscaping, or common property caused by you or your guest, shall be at your expense, with repairs done as soon as reasonably necessary. Kingdom Workshop reserves the right to make such repairs and provide invoices of such repairs to you, and you shall pay for such repairs within five (5) business days of receiving invoices.
- Kingdom Workshop property shall be kept in good condition, sanitary, clean, and free of trash and debris at all times while you are living with Kingdom Workshop.
- You will maintain your contact information correct and current with Kingdom Workshop.
- You shall hold all confidential information received pursuant to this Agreement, or of others in Kingdom Workshop, including but not limited to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Kingdom Workshop Rules, and any information regarding others in Kingdom Workshop that is not otherwise already publicly known both personal and professional, strictly confidential.
- You will not, without the express written consent of Kingdom Workshop, directly or indirectly communicate or divulge to, or use for your own benefit or for the benefit of any other person, firm, company, association, corporation or other entity, any of Kingdom Workshop's or other Guests' of Kingdom Workshop or anyone else in Kingdom Workshop, Confidential Information which was communicated to or otherwise learned of or acquired by you during the course of this engagement with Kingdom Workshop. You, either individually or through any other services, shall not be authorized to utilize Kingdom Workshop or others living at Kingdom Workshop for marketing purposes without the express written consent of Kingdom Workshop.
- You shall not disparage Kingdom Workshop and its officers, members, affiliates, successors, assigns, or any family members of Kingdom Workshop or guests of Kingdom Workshop, or other Guests that live with Kingdom Workshop, or any guests of Kingdom Workshop, or make any public comment that would reasonably be expected to subject anyone to embarrassment, criticism or financial injury or loss.
- You unconditionally and irrevocably discharge and release Kingdom Workshop, jointly and severally, of and from all claims, causes of action, suits, charges, debts, dues, sums of money, attorneys' fees and costs, accounts, bills, covenants, contracts, torts, agreements, expenses, wages, compensation, promises, damages, judgments, rights, demands, or otherwise ("Claims"), known or unknown, in law or equity, accrued or unaccrued, contingent or non-contingent, arising at any time up to and including the date this Agreement is fully executed, whether or not capable of proof as of the effective date of this Agreement, whether common law or statutory, whether or not now recognized, that Guest or anyone claiming by, through, or under them (including without limitation their respective heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators, assigns, and spouse(s)) in any way might have, or could have, against Kingdom Workshop.
